Due to the recent surge in patient volume, we at Little Spurs will be enacting a temporary protocol to control patient flow and protect the safety and wellbeing of our staff.
Starting Wednesday, November 9th, we will not accept walk-in patients after 7:00pm. Only patients who have reserved a spot online will be accepted from 7:00pm-8:30pm. On the weekends, no walk-ins will be accepted from 3:00pm-5:0opm, only reservations.
This change will allow us to continue to provide the highest quality of care to our patients in a safe manner for both our staff and patients. We appreciate your support and understanding during this time and we hope to return to our to regular operations November 22nd. You still may experience longer than normal wait times but we assure you we are doing everything we can at this time.
We also request patience and courtesy with our team members who strive to provide the best medical care possible to the children in our communities during these peak periods.
Our mission at Little Spurs is to be there when you need us and our goal is never to restrict access but to help protect the well-being of our wonderful medical assistants, front office specialists, and providers. This protocol will be in effect until November 22nd. At that time, we will re-evaluate patient volumes, staffing and whether this protocol needs to be extended.
