Do you and your children need testing? Register for a telemedicine appointment prior to being tested (during this visit the provider will set up a time to be tested at a later time and location convenient to you). Schedule a telemedicine visit for each member of your family. Don’t worry, it will just be one video call for the family, but we need paperwork for each family member. Please join the first appointment time that you scheduled. Please do not come to one of our locations without a prior telemedicine visit. During this visit, our providers will take everyone’s patient history and evaluate any symptoms. Then they will transfer you all to a Little Spurs location to be tested! Everyone over the age of 2 must wear a mask for the entirety of your visit.
Telemedicine appointments may not be available on the same day. Please do not request a telemedicine visit from our clinic parking lots. Please complete your paperwork as soon as possible so we can see you at your designated time.
***If you an adult experiencing symptoms such as chest pain or dizziness, we will not see you and you will be referred to an adult urgent care facility. Remember- we are a pediatric facility and seeing adults is not normal for us! If we feel you need to be evaluated, we would rather a provider at an adult facility take a look at you. All adults tested at Little Spurs will be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging this. We DO NOT accept Medicare and cannot see patients over the age of 65.***

While same-day reservations may not be available at this time, we are happy to see you at the next available spot. Please remember this is NOT an appointment, and we will do our best to see you as close to your reserved time as possible.
