John Mizerany joined as CEO of Little Spurs in 2020. Prior to Little Spurs, John served as an industry advisor/investor with private-equity firms, CEO of CareNow Urgent Care Centers (Dallas/Ft. Worth), COO for Alliance Spine & Pain Centers and Group Vice President, Greater Texas Group for Fresenius Medical Care.
John’s career has been dedicated to the healthcare services industry where he has led and driven success in a variety of healthcare organizations over the past 25+ years that include hospital systems, ambulatory/outpatient organizations, chronic care organizations, physician group practices and management consulting. He has well-rounded experience in multi-site operations, strategic & business development and physician joint ventures which span the private equity, publicly traded as well as not-for-profit settings.
