Lillie Coady, MBA

Lillie joined Littles Spurs in the Spring of 2023 and serves as the Vice President of Payor Strategy & Contracting. She is an accomplished healthcare leader with 20+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, contract strategy and negotiation, revenue cycle and healthcare policy development.  Lillie has extensive experience both in the payor and provider arena.  She received her BA in Psychology at University of Texas at Arlington and earned her MBA at Texas Woman’s University.  Lillie is a Texan by choice and has lived in the North Texas metropolitan area since 1989.  She enjoys international travel and cuisine, beach getaways and most importantly spending time with her daughter.
