What Is the Kids Kare Membership?
Kids Kare is a family membership designed specifically for families without health insurance. Instead of paying full private-pay rates at every visit, members receive reduced, flat-rate pricing for common pediatric services.
For a low monthly or annual fee, one membership covers all legal dependents in your household and provides access to care at all Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care locations.
How the Kids Kare Membership Helps Families Save

Urgent Care Visits
With Kids Care, urgent care visits are offered at a flat, reduced rate of $90 per visit, per child (normally $175 for non-members). This rate covers all medically necessary services during the visit, including provider evaluation, X-rays, stitches, breathing treatments, and in-clinic testing.
Telemedicine Visits
Some concerns don’t require an in-person visit. Kids Care members receive pediatric telemedicine visits for $50 per visit (compared to $60 for non-members), making it easy to get guidance for common concerns like rashes, colds, pink eye, or medication questions—right from home.
This option offers convenient, affordable access to care without the need to travel to a clinic.
Sports Physicals
