The insurance plan determines your co-pay, deductible or co-insurance amount. So you don’t have to pay more than you have to, our trained office specialist staff members will attempt to verify and confirm these amounts for you. Fees are due prior to treatment. If for some reason we cannot verify insurance coverage due to insurance company or other restrictions, we may require a deposit.
