Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care began in the Alamo City. The first clinic opened up on Bandera Rd in 2006, and more clinics have opened since to meet the growing need for pediatric urgent care. With 10 locations in San Antonio, Little Spurs is open seven days a week and can treat children from the ages of 0-21 years old.
