Where are you located?

We know we are a little tough to find! At the La Gran Plaza Mall, looks for us on the northwest corner, across the parking lot from Fiesta Mart. There is a tall 7-story building and we are on the bottom floor (next to Mall Entrance #4 & State Farm). Thank you!

Insurance

Most insurance policies are welcomed at our pediatric urgent care clinic! Please bring your current insurance card with you. We participate in many insurance company plans, including Tricare, Cook Children’s Medicaid, those listed on our Insurance page.

If this is your first time coming to Little Spurs, please be sure to bring a valid ID and your current insurance card. We do not have toys in our waiting rooms (oh so many germs!). We always have children’s shows on and books and magazines are available.
