Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care in Grand Prairie is located at 3166 S State Hwy 161. Our clinic is near the intersection of State Hwy 161 and Main St, in the same shopping center as HomeGoods and just down the road from Epic Waterpark. We proudly serve the Grand Prairie area and surrounding communities. Our pediatric-trained staff is available days, evenings, and weekends to provide expert care for non-emergency illnesses and injuries. We accept urgent care co-pays, offer walk-in visits, and also have the option to save your spot in line through our website. We do not offer annual wellness exams or vaccinations.

If this is your first time coming to Little Spurs, please be sure to bring a valid ID and your current insurance card. We do not have toys in our waiting rooms (oh so many germs!). We always have children’s shows on and books and magazines are available.
