Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, previously All Children’s Urgent Care clinic, partnered in 2019. Located at 6520 N President George Bush Hwy, Garland, TX 75044
Now you can save your spot and get in line at our kids urgent care before leaving your home. It’s easy! Simply click the Save Your Spot above. Upon arrival, you will complete the registration process. After this, you will receive a live waitlist of where you are in line and can wait comfortably in your car or elsewhere. This is not an appointment. Time slots are estimates and we will do our best to see you in a timely manner.

If this is your first time coming to Little Spurs, please be sure to bring a valid ID and your current insurance card. We do not have toys in our waiting rooms (oh so many germs!). We always have children’s shows on and books and magazines are available.
