We Are Committed To Quality & Compassionate Care For Children
Now you can save your spot at our kids urgent care and get in line before leaving your home. It’s easy! Simply click the Save Your Spot above. Upon arrival, you will complete the registration process. After this, you will receive a live waitlist of where you are in line and can wait comfortably in your car or elsewhere. This is not an appointment. Time slots are estimates and we will do our best to see you in a timely manner.
Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care at Las Palmas has been providing quality urgent care for children 0-21 years old since 2016. Conveniently located at 810 S General McMullen near the intersection of General McMullen and Castroville, we proudly serve west San Antonio. Our pediatric-trained staff is available days, evenings, and weekends to provide expert care for non-emergency illnesses and injuries. We accept urgent care co-pays, offer walk-in visits, and provide the option to save your spot in line through our website. We do not offer annual wellness exams or vaccinations.

Most insurance policies are welcome at our immediate care pediatrics clinics! Please bring your current insurance card with you. We participate in many insurance company plans, including those listed in our Insurance page.

If this is your first time coming to Little Spurs, please be sure to bring a valid ID and your current insurance card. We do not have toys in our waiting rooms (oh so many germs!). We always have children’s shows on and books and magazines are available.
