Little Spurs opens its 8th San Antonio Location

Now Open! Little Spurs has opened our 8th clinic in San Antonio on 810 South General McMullen Drive #101 at Commerce Street! For 10 years, Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care has been providing walk-in service to the San Antonio community and we are excited to be expanding to the Las Palmas area.

Little Spurs clinics are staffed by pediatric trained providers and offer cost effective quality care to children with minor emergency needs.

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is the largest pediatric urgent care group in Texas. Owned and operated by Board Certified Pediatricians with emergency medical training, Little Spurs accepts most all insurance plans as well as most Medicaid plans. We do not charge a facility fee, common with hospital sponsored or hospital owned urgent care centers.
