Little Spurs is open seven days a week and treats child 0-21 years old for most minor injuries and illnesses. Open 9am-8:30pm Monday thru Friday, and 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday, Little Spurs has 18 locations in San Antonio and Dallas.
