Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care on the East Side opened in 2018 and serves the East San Antonio area, including Dignowity Hill and downtown. Located at 2039 E. Houston St, this location is the first and only free-standing Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care. It is located near the intersection of New Braunfels St and East Houston St.
Now you can save your spot and get in line before leaving your home. It’s easy! Simply click the Save Your Spot above. Upon arrival, you will complete the registration process. After this, you will receive a live waitlist of where you are in line and can wait comfortably in your car or elsewhere. This is not an appointment. Time slots are estimates and we will do our best to see you in a timely manner.
Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care does NOT conduct annual wellness exams.
All locations are closed Christmas and Thanksgiving Day.
Most insurance policies are welcome! Please bring your current insurance card with you. We participate in many insurance company plans, including those listed in our Insurance page.
