Important Information Regarding COVID-19

Testing for the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is unavailable at Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care. We are verbally screening all patients and there have been no confirmed cases diagnosed at or through Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care.

If you or your child have a cough and fever, have been in contact with someone with lab-confirmed COVID-19 (coronavirus) or traveled to an affected location, you should contact your local health department immediately. Please do NOT bring your child to Little Spurs.

As of 3/15/2020:

• Bexar County has two confirmed cases (travel-related).
• Comal County has no confirmed cases.
• Dallas County has 14 confirmed cases.
• Collins County has eight confirmed cases.

At Little Spurs, we are actively screening patients for COVID-19 to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is a walk-in pediatric urgent care open seven days a week. We have 12 locations in San Antonio and one in Dallas. We welcome walk-ins, accept most insurance plans and are proud to be accredited by the Urgent Care Association!
