Introducing: Eyebox – Concussion Assessment
As a pediatric urgent care clinic, we are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to improve the care we provide to our patients. That’s why we are excited to announce the introduction of Oculogica’s Eyebox technology at our clinics. As of right now we are offering Eyebox exams at our Bandera Clinic and our Southwest Clinic in San Antonio.
What is Eyebox?
Eyebox is a revolutionary eye-tracking system that can quickly and accurately diagnose concussions and other head injuries.
- The system works by tracking the movements of a patient’s eyes as they watch a series of images on a screen. Based on the data collected, and can identify any abnormal eye movements that may indicate a head injury.
- One of the key benefits of Eyebox technology is that it is non-invasive and easy to use.
- The test takes only a few minutes to complete and does not require any special preparation or equipment.
- This makes it an ideal tool for use in urgent care facilities, where time is often of the essence.
Why did we choose Eyebox?
At our clinics, we are committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients. By introducing Eyebox technology, we are taking another step towards achieving that goal. We believe that this innovative technology will help us to better diagnose and treat head injuries in our patients, ultimately leading to better outcomes and faster recoveries.
If you have any questions about Eyebox technology or would like to schedule an appointment at our Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent care, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help and are dedicated to providing the best possible care to our patients.
