We Are Committed To Quality & Compassionate Care For Children
Now you can save your spot at our immediate care pediatrics clinics and get in line before leaving your home. It’s easy! Simply click the Save Your Spot above. Upon arrival, you will complete the registration process. After this, you will receive a live waitlist of where you are in line and can wait comfortably in your car outside our kids urgent care or elsewhere. This is not an appointment. Time slots are estimates and we will do our best to see you in a timely manner.
Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care does NOT conduct annual wellness exams.
Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care at Brooks City-Base opened in 2010 and serves the south San Antonio area and surrounding communities including Elmendorf and Floresville. Located at 3130 Southeast Military Dr., it is located next door to Little Caesars.

Most insurance policies are welcome at our kids urgent care! Please bring your current insurance card with you. We participate in many insurance company plans, including those listed in our Insurance page.

If this is your first time coming to Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, please be sure to bring a valid ID and your current insurance card. We do not have toys in our waiting rooms (oh so many germs!). We always have children’s shows on and books and magazines are available.
