When your child wakes up with a fever or takes a tumble at the playground, the last thing you want to worry about is cost. Our Kids Kare Monthly Membership makes urgent care visits simpler and more affordable — no insurance required.
How It Works
- Pay just $19 per month per family.
- $90 per visit for urgent care (normally $175).
- Telemedicine visits reduced to $50 per visit.
- Sports physicals for only $20 per visit.
- Membership fee covers all children in your household.
- No insurance needed or accepted.
Enrollment Fees
- 3-month commitment upon enrollment ($57)
- One-time $5 enrollment fee
- $90 visit fee/per child
- 1st visit cost for one child: $152
- Subscription and visit fees collected separately
Additional Information
- Kids Kare is not insurance; it is a discount program that can only be used at Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care locations
- This is a monthly membership program. The monthly fees are non-refundable.
- This membership renews automatically.
Fees Not Covered by Membership

Services performed by outside facilities may be billed separately by those providers. This can include select laboratory tests collected onsite but sent to external laboratories (such as Quest or HealthTracks) for processing, as well as imaging services performed outside our clinic. Laboratory tests sent to an outside facility, particularly those not covered under our contracted lab services, may be billed to you directly by the laboratory for the services rendered.
Your membership covers all children in your household — perfect for families with multiple kids who may need urgent care a few times a year.
