Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is open seven days a week (that includes weekends!) and can care for all of your child’s minor injuries and illnesses. With multiple locations in DFW, Little Spurs has an on-site x-ray and accepts most major insurances.

If this is your first time coming to Little Spurs, please be sure to bring a valid ID and your current insurance card. We do not have toys in our waiting rooms (oh so many germs!). We always have children’s shows on and books and magazines are available.
We know we are a little tough to find! At the La Gran Plaza Mall, looks for us on the northwest corner, across the parking lot from Fiesta Mart. There is a tall 7-story building and we are on the bottom floor (next to Mall Entrance #4 & State Farm). Thank you!

We have a hard time getting in to our PCP. The downfall of having a great doctor is that he stays busy. Whenever we are in a pinch this place and its staff never fail us. They are always kind, courteous and generally fast. I love that they don’t just hand out antibiotics when it isn’t necessary.

My daughter absolutely hates any doctors office and Little Spurs is so patient and understanding. Took my 5 month old daughter last night just 10 minutes before they closed and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The Nurse practitioner who examined my baby very thorough and made sure that she spoke to us with all our concerns. Googled this place last minute and we’re so glad we did.
I’ve brought my children here on many occasions when I can’t make it to their Drs office. The staff members are very polite, patient and caring. The Drs./PAs. are efficient and thorough. Minimal wait time.
The doctor was very personable and really cared about my daughter. I appreciate when a doc asks questions and talks with me instead of moving people through like cattle. Very good experience.

We were in and out very quickly on a Saturday afternoon! Staff was very nice and the doctor took his time examining her and listening to her history. No unnecessary antibiotics were given, which is a relief!
My grandson woke up from his nap crying with really bad ear pain, his regular doctor was unable to see him and I didn’t want to wait several hours in a ER, this place was recommended, I have to say it was a great experience, staff is very nice, we checked in and were seen promptly. Great fast service and definitely beats waiting in ER
